Happily it was an uneventful trip. Kept it a at about 62 mph most of the way on the NYS Thruway. We were passed by a bunch of 18 wheelers and didn't notice any sway at all. I did learn extended mirrors are a must. I'll be getting a pair on our return home. Thanks all for the input.

Centered over the left side of the side wall window is an 1" x 11.75" x 11.75" piece of plywood. It's number 3 in the drawing. I put mine there yesterday!
