Have a 21FBS that I can't seem to run anything off the battery. On shore power or jacked in to tow vehicle, great. Otherwise, nothing. Replaced battery, made no difference. Suggestions?

Apologies up front - there will be some DUMB questions coming your way! Picked up our 2019 outfitter 21fbs this month. Can't get anything out of speakers. Had radio on, doing some other work like trying to mount TV, but no music. Cycled thru am, FM, put a CD in - nothing. Suggestions?
