This is a brand new trailer off the lot. The driveway is close to level and neither the front nor rear reach the ground. If it was the driveway I would expect one or the other to reach.

You would think they would come with stabilizers of the correct length though. Its not like they dont exist. I purchased these step stabilizers and I will see how they work. We just picked up a 2018 Autumn Ridge Outfitter 27bhs and we tried the stabilizer jacks on the level pad when we picked it up and it doesn't reach the ground even on a perfect surface.
