Re: Air conditioner removal (wall)
There was a sheet metal piece under the ac. Looks like it was some kind of drain pan. The ac unit was glued down to it with silicone caulk. It was a chore breaking that loose.

Re: Air conditioner removal (wall)
The wall mounted ac wasn't enough to keep up with the hot Texas summers, and it would not circuital air up to the front bunk, so i removed mine and added a rooftop unit. Much better air circulation now and way more capacity. The vent above it is a fridge vent. My guess is it's there for other models...

Some parks I've been to especially during the hot summer months welcome campers to put out gray hoses going to trees and other planted areas that are hurting for water/rainfall. If your using your ou...

Re: 17 RD front Area Air Circulation
Thanks for responding. I did consider it. Most are 240 volt, and this camper is really small so there's not a lot of places to put the inside unit. I saw a lot of the outside units mounted to the A frame tongue area. It would have cost about the same although looking at the specs for some, the gas l...

Re: 17 RD front Area Air Circulation
Not sure if anyone actually uses this forum much..but.. I solved the issue. I added a 13-5 rooftop unit this weekend. Yesterday afternoon with it 102 outside and parked in full sun it was so cold inside it was making my hands hurt. It was a pricey upgrade for me but I'll never not have enough capaci...

This is a quick Amazon search for one. You can see the little screen over the vent tube and how it connects on the back. Yours might be shaped different but it will work the same. The vent tube is connected to the highest port on the water tank. https://www.amazon.com/Valterra-White-Gravity-Fresh-Tr...
