Re: Retractable Awning
I solved my problem. There really isn't a limit switch that prevents it from running past the fully extended position. For some reason it would not continue yesterday. This morning I found the manual online and went out to extend and then manually retract it. When I extended it it continued past and...

Retractable Awning
We've had our AR-ONE 17TH for just about a year now and I just noticed an issue with our awning. The awning actually extends when the switched is in the retract position and visa-versa. Also, it winds up with the white underside out. I would think it should wind with the topside out. I'm sure these ...

Re: solar panel wires
Thanks for the replies.
Yes, I have the Zamp receptacle but I'm looking for a permanent mount
I was looking at that plumbing vent and figure that's where I was going through. Panels are ordered and I'll let you know how I make out.

Re: Air conditioner removal (wall)
I was just looking at this today. My wall mounted A/C unit seems to have some sort of vent (?) through the roof. Is there some sort of unit on your roof directly over the A/C? There would probably be some sort of connection there. I'm not looking to remove the A/C, I was looking for a way to run wir...

Re: Capability
John, Check the owners manual for your F150. The towing capacity of your truck depends on the combination of engine, transmission, axles and cab configuration. Compare your towing capacity with the loaded weight of the trailer you are looking at. I'm not sure what a 266 RKS is but a V-6 seems a bit ...

Re: Roof platform
Roy,
Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid a heavy external frame like that would reduce the resale value. I'm looking for simple and light.
Thanks again,
Tom

Re: Larger Tires / Rims
Beechcamper, Thanks for taking the time to reply. After studying your pictures and paying attention to how the top of the tires align with the sides of trailer and tops of the wheel wells I've decided that, while mine started out as an Extreme model, I believe it has been lowered by flipping the axl...

Roof platform
Hello, I would like to add a platform to the roof of my new-to-me 2016 AR-One 17TH toy hauler. I like to go to car races and would like an elevated viewing platform. Everything I read says the roof can be walked on but I can't imagine that this is a very good thing to do. I envision a small angle ir...
