Re: power issue...please help
Glad you got it fixed. What replacement did you install. Not sure if that question was for me, but this is what we purchased from Etrailer.com: Husky Brute Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 4,500 lbs Item # HT87247 https://www.etrailer.com/Camper-Jack/Husky/HT87247.html It wor...

Re: power issue...please help
We kept blowing fuses on our power jack that came with our 245DS. Never could figure out why. We'd put a new one in, the jack would operate fine a few times. Then suddenly it would be blown again. We started leaving the fuse out and only inserting it when we needed to use the jack. Then we finally j...

Re: Antenna working or not?
Ours was fine at first, then started having trouble picking up stations. My hubby called Winegard and they said there was no way to disassemble it to see if the coax was coming loose inside the dome without rendering the unit unusable (can't put the top/head back on once removed). But since it was s...

Insect screens for Atwood Furnace
We have a 2015 Autumn Ridge 245DS. I bought insect screens for the water heater and the fridge vents immediately, but couldn't find one the right size for our Atwood Furnace. Today while filling the fresh tank to sanitize, a mud dauber flew out of the furnace vent - great, now going to have to check...

Re: First timers here
HI Dan! Hope you've had several happy camping trips by now! If you have any info to share about camping/campgrounds in upstate NY, I'd love to hear. Planning to visit NY next August when I retire and haven't really started my research on where we might stay. I hope to visit the Catskills, Finger Lak...

Re: HELLO
Hi Bob! We also have a 245DS - a 2015 model - which we love! We are hoping to visit upstate NY next August when I retire. So if you have any good tips on campgrounds (with at least W & E but sewer would be nice too!) I'd love some info. I haven't not been to upstate NY yet - it's just a bucket list ...

Re: State Park Campgrounds
North Carolina is also a lot like Indiana. Most of the parks have electric and water. Some have primitive loops in addition to the W&E ones. There are some parks with no HU at all, but they usually have a place to fill your water tanks. Of all the parks in our state system, only 2 have sites with fu...

Lippert Electric Jack Replaced
The Lippert Electric Jack on our 245DS started blowing the fuse a few months ago. And it's gotten progressively noiser. My DH said he thinks the switch was the cause of the fuse blowing, but not sure why it's started soundling like it was grinding. Maybe the gear jammed and then started cross treadi...

Re: WD system for AR 18QB
We've got a Reese WD with the Dual cam sway control and trunnion bars. Used it to tow a Rockwood Minilite (under 5000 lbs) and now our Autumn Ridge 245DS, about 6500 lbs. One thing we love about this one is that we can back the trailer without having to remove anything. Some systems require you to u...
