WHat is wrong with the slide out ? We had 2 problems ; 1- Some genius thought it was a good idea to run the cable directly over the tire. After a lot more negotiation and threats than should ever be necessary for a situation like this, they finally got things worked out with the dealer and Starcraft.

Family member has a '17 24RLS and need to find the slide control board. Does anyone know where to look? It's not where the Starcraft customer service says it is.

Thanks. We have discussed contacting BBB regarding the dealer. Hopefully, they will get this straightened out to everyone's satisfaction over the next few weeks.

He has not received anything regarding any recall. This particular dealer seems to be reputable, but as I mentioned the work they did on the trailer actually made things worse. We thought we could appeal to someone at Starcraft to help, but could not get past the call desk. They did register his VIN...
