That did it. I found the "input" button on the remote and it works perfectly now. THANKS !!!!

Make sure you change the TVs input

Have a 2016 Launch Ultra 24RLS. I can't get dvd's to play on this unit (no problem with cd's). What am I missing? I read through the manual provided (which is a joke !!) and don't find anything in it. Any assistance would be appreciated.
